I) Asking Price:
Single price point of P2,950,000 for any of these units!
II) Terms of Payment:
A) All-Cash Payment: 
1) 5% spot-cash discount on list price shall be given for all-cash buyers.
B) Deferred Payment Options (will be considered at Seller's discretion):Available only to qualified buyers (must have evidence of good job, good references, etc). Qualified buyers have three options:
1) 6 months to pay, zero interest, no discount.
20% minimum down payment. No interest.No discount. Balance to be paid by 6 equal monthly payments beginning 30 days from the date of contract.
2) 18 months to pay, 10% interest, no discount.
20% minimum down payment. Simple interest will be charged at a rate of 10% per annum. No discount. Balance, inclusive of interest, to be paid by 18 equal monthly payments beginning 30 days from the date of contract.
3) 12 months to pay, zero interest, 2.5% discount.
65% minimum down payment. No interest. 2.5 % discount on list price. Balance to be paid by 12 equal monthly payments beginning 30 days from the date of contract.
C) Closing expenses:
Seller shall shoulder capital gains tax, notarization expenses.Buyer shall pay for registration fees, documentary stamp taxes and transfer taxes.
In all cases, title will be transferred when full balance, inclusive of interest when applicable, is paid. Move-in is available after full down payment is received and contracts are signed. In event of any monthly payment default (payments are late if not paid within 5 calendar days of due date), late payment penalties will apply in the amount of 5% of the outstanding late balance each month. All monies paid (including down payment, monthly payments and late payment charges) will be forfeited if not fully remedied within a reasonable time at seller's discretion (such reasonable time will usually be 90 days or less).
